Neofect™ DNA transfec on reagent 非脂质阳离子聚合物为主的转染试剂,是新一代非病毒转染试剂。
可以与 DNA 形成稳定的复合物,透过细胞膜进入细胞内,并保护 DNA 免受核酸酶的降解。该试剂对细胞毒性
很小,可在含血清与抗生素的完全培养基中充分发挥作用。
